Are you part of the Wider Public Health Workforce?

Health Challenge Valleys aims to raise awareness among professions and agencies - not traditionally associated with health improvement and protection, of the role they play in impacting on the Wider Determinants of Health

Below is a list of Professions who have completed the Profession Proforma - highlighting how they come into contact with members of the public, how they feel they impact on health and wellbeing, and examples of partnership working.

By clicking on the professions you will be able to view these proformas and examples of innovative working to impact on the wider determinants of health and to improve health and wellbeing.
